How can I sign up for Thrive GPO?

Thrive GPO is a Group Purchasing Organization that focuses exclusively on the needs of nonprofit organizations and provides members with access to commonly purchased goods and services at a significant discount. We provide our members with an easy-to-use, web-based ordering tool which helps staff find and order whatever they need quickly and at the best possible price.

At Thrive GPO we believe in what you do.  We know that by helping you spend less; your nonprofit can get out in the world and do more good.  You can focus on your mission and we’ll focus on you!

How do I add more users to our Thrive account?

A.

We are glad that you see the benefit of having everyone in your organization think "Thrive".  It is our goal to support your nonprofit organization by being your "sourcing desk" for all your purchasing needs.

To add more users to your account, simply have them take a few moments to complete this user registration.  We will have them active on the marketplace right away!

My username or password aren’t working?

A.

There is a link that pops us that will take you to a page to enter a request to have your password or username reset. It will come to the email used to set up your account. Alternatively, you can:

  1. email membership@thrivegpo.com
  2. During regular business hours, click on the CHAT button in the lower right corner of the Thrive website.

I can’t access the Thrive Marketplace

A.

Thrive GPO works with nonprofit organizations. You must have a valid user name and a password to get into the Members Only site and to access the Thrive GPO Marketplace. Once you have submitted a Membership Application and it has been approved, you will receive an email with your username and password.

If you have submitted an application, make sure you check your spam folder for your email confirmation, which is needed before we set up your account.

What I want is not available on the catalogs?

A.

Thrive GPO is your Sourcing Desk for practically anything your organization may need to purchase. You can submit a request to the Thrive GPO Procurement Desk for any item that is not available through the Marketplace. Simple click on the “Thrive GPO Procurement Desk” in the Marketplace and for further information on how you can submit a request. The Thrive GPO Procurement Desk will search for the best source and best price for your requested item(s) and then provide you with the information. You can decide if you want to proceed with that purchase or not.

Will Thrive GPO be adding more catalogs soon?

A.

Yes! Thrive GPO is actively working with a number of supplier partners to provide our membership with access to Technology, Printing, Promotional Products and MRO supplies. We will send out email blasts to the membership when new suppliers come on board – but feel free to check back often.

How do I pay for our order?

A.

Each member must establish a payment relationship with the suppliers that are on the Thrive GPO Marketplace. Each supplier will offer you terms of payment based on your organization’s ability to pay. You can always pay immediately with a credit card or purchasing card. Just put your credit card number in the space provided – your number is “masked” and cannot be seen by anyone but the supplier so your information is safe passing through the Thrive GPO Marketplace.

How do I shop with each supplier?

A.

Thrive GPO currently has a "mall" concept, that allows you the member to shop at each supplier by linking out to them through our website.  This link allows the supplier's website to remember you each time you return and only requires you put in your password to protect your shopping experience.

Thrive GPO is working on our future technology which will allow you to shop all of our supplier catalogs in one shopping experience -- like going to Wal Mart or Target -- a "one stop shop".  We will keep you posted on the development as we grow.

In the meantime, please take advantage of the great pricing with all of our Shopping Site suppliers.  If you need Services, head over to the Services site and send an eRequest form to any of the Service Suppliers.  Or if you can't find what you are looking for, head over to the Thrive Procurement Desk and submit an eRequest form.  We'll get right on it and help you find what you need to keep you on mission!

How do I get reports on what I ordered?

A.

Thrive GPO is working on developing our Reporting capabilities, with the goal of allowing you to access and download your own reports in the future.  In the meantime, if you need a special report, please contact Membership Services for further assistance.
